Department of Management (BBA) offered value added course on “Effective Leadership Skills” to the III BBA students. The students were divided into two batches and each batch consisted of three sections. This value added course is customized with the objective to make the students industry ready. The syllabus is also designed in such a way to attain the objective in the effective manner. The course content consists of theoretical and skill developmental aspects to enrich the students’ knowledge. The courses were handled by BBA faculty and the class was allotted for each faculty based on their preference on topics given. This course was scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9.30 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. with frequent intervals between the sessions. The entire course was conducted through Zoom platform. This value added course will help the student to have a better understanding of leadership and its traits. It gives an insight on how to manage the conflicts in the organization. This will not only make the students industry ready but also gives a vision to choose entrepreneurship as their career.
