A total of 69 students from II Semester BBA D section accompanied by Prof.S.Manjunath and Dr.Roshen Therese Sebastian on 16th January 2020. The industrial visit started with the brief introduction about the company and its processes to the students followed by students visiting the plant layout of the company. After the visit, the students had an idea about the production and plant capacity of the food industry. This visit had enriched the learning ability of the students about manufacturing process of food products, techniques used in manufacturing activities and different practices followed by the industry to maintain the quality in the product. Students understood the plant layout as well as the function of chocolate manufacturing unit. The students came to know about the manufacturing process, HR policies, working environment, and safety precautions and 5S implementation of the industry.
